I LOVE YOU❤️❤️ 💘💘

My first job after going to school is to check the toilets. Because in rural areas, government schools are the property of the village, the whole village is free to use them as it wants. Most of the trouble is in the toilet. It was necessary to check the toilet every morning after going to school. On that day, when I went to check the same toilet, the names of Kajal and Sheetal were written on the wall. Except for the heart symbol. Ignoring it, I started my daily work. But the news that the names were written on the wall near the toilet spread throughout the school. Kajal and Sheetal, however, were calm and studied their studies like always. Finally, I sent two girls to erase the writing on the wall. The next day is the same. I again erased the writing. The same thing continued for two or three consecutive days. But we were always doing the same things. . Since such things happen all the time in school, it is necessary to ignore them because children's pranks are as innocent as they are. But the fellow teachers kept repeating this matter again and again. But the children's writing on the wall could not be found, even after searching. One day, the story was told to the children during the paripatha. God is watching what we do. Even if there is no one around, God is watching everything.' When the story was over, there was silence. In a few minutes, third standard, two children stood up'. "Ma'am, we write Kajal and Sheetal's names on the wall."'. Finally, the author was found. The rest of the boys and girls were sent to the classroom and called the two near.'

Why do you write girls names on the wall?' I asked them both.

'I like Kajal a lot' said Dheeraj slowly. 'Kajal and Sheetal are smart girls in my fourth standard. Clean uniform, shoes, socks, belt, and neatly combed hair She used to come to school every day in such a neat dress. Keeping my cupboard and table tidy is Sheetal's favorite job. Kajal excels in studying, dancing, singing, and playing the casio. Both are my favorite girls. Always around me.'

I like them very much.' I said to Dhiraj. Dheeraj smiled.

'I like them a lot because they are both very smart and live well. But why should I write their name on the wall?'

'

Dheeraj said nothing. 'What is this,' I asked, looking at the heart symbol.

'Ma'am, it's called Dil; you get it at the shop' Dheeraj excitedly said. 'You draw an arrow in it and write the name of the person you like'.

I laughed. 'True, these days you only get heart in the shop'. I said it in my mind.

'"Who told you?" I asked.

That's what high school kids do.' Dheeraj's answer found the root of the problem. It is in the nature of children to imitate. Be it good or bad, therefore, it is more important to find the reason behind the behavior of the children than to blame them alone. Rather than punishing Dhiraj, it was necessary to understand him. He understood, and we started our daily work.

But the writing on the wall continues.Explaining this to Dhiraj, he told his father, but his behavior did not change. In the end, we ignored it. It stopped only after both girls went to fifth grade.

Such experiences come to every school. As a result of TV, movies, or whatever, these kids follow suit. They don't really know what they are doing, but only the big boys do it, so they should do it.

In a school, during the afternoon break, students were chatting near me. Chat is about which girl someone likes. Of course, this interest will change in a few days. Even 'Madam, she didn't give me a pencil to write with; he didn't let me sit on that bench' is the best solution to listen and ignore all the laughs. But a girl overheard our chat and took the matter to the headmaster, and the next day the boys were severely beaten. And our chats stopped forever. Only in between the boys were whispering information into each other's ears. And she told me secretly.

Children tell us their hearts only when they trust us completely, and only when they tell the truth from their hearts will we notice the reason for the change in their behavior.

Basically, we think about children's behavior from our level, and this is where we go wrong. An experience of education expert Prof. Ramesh Panse was read in this regard.

Once Ramesh Panse found in the camp that a boy said I love you to a girl. Of course, the age of both of them is between five and seven years. Other boys and girls were smiling at them. Ramesh Panse Sir Hello everyone

I like you, so I love you. and you like me, so you love me, and that's why we say to each other, I love you. How easy it has become! Panse sir. We made the meaning of a simple word so complicated that he made it simple by preserving the innocence of children.

If the innocent minds of the children are touched by our impure thoughts, that mind starts looking at the pure thing with impure eyes. The result is visible on our side. I try to see such incidents in my class from the children's point of view. That's why I never had to punish the children. As a result, I never felt the need to differentiate between boys and girls or to take various initiatives on it. We should create the boy-girl distinction and find a solution for it. It is much easier to act on the thought that we are all humans. (Year 2010/11).
